By placing an order with WOW Graphics you agree to the terms below.
1. General
These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through wow-graphics.nl. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. WOW Graphics is a sole proprietorship (eenmanszaak) registered in the Netherlands.

2. Custom Products
All products sold by WOW Graphics are fully custom made to order. Custom products are excluded from the standard right of return under Dutch and EU consumer law (Article 6:230p BW).
Because every kit is uniquely designed and produced for you personally, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once production has started. This applies to all graphics kits, sticker sets, and any other custom printed products.
3. Design Preview & Approval
After placing your order, WOW Graphics will create your custom design and send you a preview by email. You are entitled to request up to 2 rounds of revisions before approving your design.
Once you approve your design, production begins immediately. No changes can be made after approval. By approving the design, you confirm that all details — including rider name, number, colors and layout — are correct.
Approval of the design preview is final. WOW Graphics accepts no responsibility for errors in approved designs.
4. Production Time
Standard production time is 3-5 business days after design approval. Rush orders are prioritized and completed faster — select the Rush Order option at checkout.
Production times are estimates and may vary during busy periods. WOW Graphics will communicate any significant delays by email.
Apparel & gear: MX gear (jerseys, pants and other apparel) is produced to order through our production partners — we create the custom designs, the garments themselves are not manufactured in-house. Gear is typically produced and delivered within approximately 5-10 business days after design approval. This timeline is separate from, and generally longer than, our custom graphics kits.
5. Shipping
Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of production completion. We ship to all countries across Europe. Orders outside Europe are available on special request — contact us at info@wow-graphics.nl.
Shipping times after dispatch depend on destination and carrier. Most European orders arrive within 2-5 business days after dispatch.
WOW Graphics is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control.
6. Shipping Insurance
Shipping insurance is available at checkout for €9.99 and covers loss or severe damage during transit. We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance for all orders.
Without shipping insurance, WOW Graphics cannot compensate for orders lost or damaged during shipping. Since products are fully custom made, lost or damaged uninsured orders cannot be replaced free of charge.
To make a claim, contact info@wow-graphics.nl within 48 hours of the expected delivery date (for lost packages) or within 48 hours of delivery (for damaged packages). Photo evidence is required for damage claims.
7. Our Responsibility
If WOW Graphics makes an error on your order — including incorrect colors, wrong name or number, or print defects — we will reprint and reship your order at no cost to you.
Claims for production errors must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order, with clear photo evidence of the defect.
8. Rush Orders
Rush orders are charged at the standard product price plus €50. Rush orders receive priority in our production queue. Rush order fees are non-refundable once production has started.
9. Pricing
All prices on wow-graphics.nl are listed in Euros and include VAT where applicable. WOW Graphics reserves the right to change prices at any time. Orders are charged at the price shown at the time of purchase.
10. Disputes
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands. For complaints or disputes, please contact us first at info@wow-graphics.nl — we will always try to resolve issues directly.
11. Email Marketing & Privacy
By subscribing to our email list, you agree to receive marketing communications from WOW Graphics, including promotional offers, new product announcements and brand updates.
We use your email address and browsing data to personalize our communications and targeted online advertising. We process your personal data in accordance with applicable Dutch and EU privacy law (GDPR).
You can withdraw your consent or unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our marketing emails, or by contacting us directly at info@wow-graphics.nl.
We will never sell your personal data to third parties. Your data is stored securely and used only for the purposes described above.
